Dictation Authors simply dial the DictaSmart.com local phone number and then follow the prompts to complete their dictation. Authors use the telephone keypad to login and control the dictation session, dictating and editing dictations efficiently, on-the-fly. When dictation is complete the Author can simply hang up the phone and the dictation is sent instantly to a recipient, anywhere, via an email or FTP with the security of industry standard FTPS encryption if needed.
Don't worry if you go over your prepaid minutes balance. Any overage minutes are billed at the same low rate as the minutes in your current plan.
Discounted rates on higher volume minutes plans so the more you use the more you save.
